Matt Hemson

Matthew Hemson, Director

Matthew Hemson (BTh, BSc) is a consultant within the education and mental health sectors. He has extensive experience in working with organisations to co-create unique, enabling environments that foster outstanding academic and pro-social progress. Matthew is also a Play Therapist specialising in Music & Jungian Sandtray. He delivers training in Therapeutic Intervention Skills and Values Led Community Engagement throughout the UK. He is a visiting lecturer at UWE.


Graham Miller

Graham Miller, Non-Executive Director

Graham brings over 20 years board level experience in a variety of industry sectors to help entrepreneurs and investors maximise the value of their businesses. His specialties include acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising, strategic business planning and realisations.

Karen Wilkinson, Project Manager 

Karen has a professional background in sales, marketing and partnership building in

both the private and the public sectors and over ten years’ experience in community

engagement, charities and voluntary groups, her latest adventure being in community energy.

Dan has spent fifteen years working in the music industry with big names such as Leona Lewis to up and coming  musicians in the South West. He is an expert in sound recording and video production and now brings his style and  creative approach to the Therapeutic Media Company.

Jenny Brennan, Communications Officer

With a background in website development, Jenny has advised on engagement and communications strategy with organisations both in the  UK and internationally and currently leads our social media and internet consultancy, whilst also co-developing our partnership work.

Having worked in education for 20 years, Jim’s experience in the classroom and working with professionals gives him a wide perspective of integrating learning technology in a variety of settings.
